Founded in 2017 by Jerusalem “Jeru” Cajapin, a certified SSI Open Water Dive Instructor, Diveplan was created with the dream of offering not just well-planned dive adventures, but also a community, where divers arrive as guests and leave as family.
A Journey That Started With One Dive Plan
Every unforgettable dive begins with a plan. In 2017, Jeru Cajapin, a motivated dive professional, began organizing trips for fellow ocean lovers who wanted more than just a typical dive vacation. They wanted meaning, connection, and safety without sacrificing soul.
Armed with years of experience in the Philippine dive industry, a growing list of certifications, and an artist’s eye for beauty, Jeru created Diveplan, a boutique dive experience company grounded in the highest standards of planning, safety, and personal care.
What started small grew quickly. From local Philippine trips, Diveplan expanded to top-tier destinations across Palau, Indonesia, Maldives, Thailand, Japan, and the Philippines, offering immersive underwater experiences anchored in Filipino hospitality and expert dive planning.
